1 killed in shooting early Sunday morning in Aurora

DENVER (KDVR) -- Police in Aurora investigated an early Sunday morning shooting that killed an adult male.The shooting happened in the 500 block of Potomac Street.Officers found the deceased victim in the driver's seat of a car. He had suffered from gunshot wounds, according to police.Police had no suspect information or motive as of 9:14 a.m.Anyone with information was asked to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.

Teen killed in shooting in Southlands Mall parking lot

DENVER (KDVR) -- One person was killed in a shooting outside of a mall in Aurora Saturday.The Aurora Police Department said it happened around 8:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Southlands Mall near Town Square Ave. and Commons Ave. APD confirmed that the victim was a teen. The victim was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries but did not survive. Police told FOX31 that they were looking for four to five Black males who drove off in a black four-door sedan.Anyone with information is asked to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
