SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) - Mourners with Saratoga Black Lives Matter gathered at Congress Park to remember the life of Darryl Mount, 10 years later.  BLM activists planned to hold a memorial for Mount this past Sunday. However, the event was cancelled over concerns of safety for attendees when police responded to an armed robbery at the Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream on the corner. Black Lives Matter vigil interrupted by attempted robbery Saratoga BLM decided to reschedule the vigil for Monday, during their first ever Freedom Flea market.“The person or the criminal was out at large at the time. So, he wasn’t caught until a couple hours later. ST. LOUIS – Historically, there is a 29% chance of rain on any given Labor Day. Deputies shoot, kill suspect who had fatally stabbed father, LASD says

At least one Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department deputy opened fire and killed a man who had apparently fatally stabbed his father in Hacienda Heights Monday morning, officials said.The shooting in the 16700 block of Dawn Haven Road occurred around 5:30 a.m. after deputies responded to a reported assault, according to Lt. A man convicted of murder in Pennsylvania and wanted in Brazil remains at large after jail escape

WEST CHESTER, Pa. (AP) — Hundreds of law enforcement agents searched Friday for a man recently convicted of murder in Pennsylvania for the fatal stabbing of his ex-girlfriend, a day after he escaped from a county jail.Danelo Cavalcante, 34, is also wanted in his native Brazil in a separate slaying and is considered an extremely dangerous person, authorities said.The search dragged through a second day, with authorities using drones, helicopters and dogs.
