OAKLAND — A 37-year-old man was shot Thursday morning at a homeless camp in East Oakland, authorities said.The man was in stable condition at a hospital where he was being treated for a leg wound.The shooting happened about 8:13 a.m. Thursday at a camp in the 3700 block of East 8th Street.Police did not immediately say if the man shot lived at the camp or was visiting someone there.He apparently got into a dispute of some kind with another man at the camp and was shot, authorities said. MARTINEZ — A month after Concord police identified him as the shooter in a March homicide, a 20-year-old man was arrested on murder charges and booked in a Contra Costa jail, court records show.Sione Amanaki, of Concord, was arrested April 16 on charges that he killed 21-year-old Eric William Cavazos.
