Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is bringing his burger and steak outlets to a Vancouver casino and nearby resort.Gordon Ramsay Burger is set to open its doors at Hard Rock Casino Vancouver this fall, and Gordon Ramsay Steak will follow next year at River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, B.C.Gaming and hospitality company Great Canadian Entertainment, which runs the two facilities along with 23 others across the country, says more Ramsay eateries could follow.Ramsay’s restaurant brands include Ramsay’s Kitchen, Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza and Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips. SAN MARCOS, Texas (KXAN) -- With the first day of school two weeks away, San Marcos CISD students were rolling out a new school marshals program this school year.Back in April, the San Marcos CISD Board of Trustees voted to approve the licensing program overseen by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement. The program allows select school employees to carry a gun on campus after meeting specific requirements.Those requirements include having a current license to carry in Texas, passing a psychological exam and completing an 80-hour school marshal training program.At the time of its approval, some district parents expressed concerns about the idea of some teachers possibly being armed. HORICON, N.Y. (NEWS10) - This August, an annual canoe lake takes to the water in the hamlet of Brant Lake. The Great Brant Lake Canoe Race is on again on Saturday, Aug. 12. The defendant pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder and one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. A St. Louis Cardinals mega-fan known as “Rally Runner” was arrested Wednesday on charges that he joined a mob's attack on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, and used a stolen shield to help other rioters attack police officers, court records show. Daniel Donnelly Jr. was wearing red paint on his face and a red “Keep America Great” hat when he stormed the Capitol, the FBI said in a court filing.Donnelly is known in St. Louis for running around the Cardinals' stadium during baseball games while wearing red clothes and red face paint.
