Plaques stolen from Jefferson Barracks Park in south St. Louis County

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - Several military memorial plaques were stolen from Jefferson Barracks in South County.This happened at the Veteran's Memorial Amphitheater at Jefferson Barracks Park just off Bagby Road. Two plaques were originally reported stolen, but as of Tuesday morning, all five plaques for the different military branches are missing. It's unclear whether county workers took the other three down as a precaution.St. Louis County Police shared that the investigation into this case is ongoing.St. Louis County officials released photos from the spots where two of the plaques were taken from the amphitheater on Monday. Crews responding to 3-vehicle crash on I-270 NB

LOUIS - Emergency crews are at the scene of a three-vehicle crash Tuesday morning.Our Bommarito Automotive Group SkyFOX helicopter is flying over the area located on I-270 northbound between Gravois and 44, where slowdowns can be seen as crews are loading one of the involved cars onto a tow truck. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. - The city of St. Louis is now the sole provider of water for the city of St. Charles.The city of St. Charles has been dealing with a contamination problem with its water for quite some time, but Tuesday morning a key component - ammonia is missing from the water, and now the water treatment plant is shut down.The city of St. Charles has a total of seven drinking water wells at the Elm Point wellfield. The last operational well was number ten, but the city had to shut it down over the weekend because of a drop in the level of ammonia in raw water. Ammonia is used to disinfect the water. Car ripped apart in violent Santa Ana crash; 1 dead at scene

Police are investigating a crash that tore a car apart, leaving one person dead in Santa Ana Monday night. The single-vehicle crash occurred shortly after 11 p.m. in the 3900 block of Flower Street. Officers arrived to find the mangled wreckage of a BMW 528i.
